As lockdown restrictions eased across the UK, Up & Running sought to spotlight their brick-and-mortar stores and drive footfall through their doors.
I conceptualised a campaign that leveraged the brand’s name, creating an adaptable strapline tailored to each store's local identity. This cohesive approach was supported by a suite of digital assets, in-store materials and out-of-home advertising, including:
Customised posters and digital graphics highlighting key in-store benefits: free gait analysis, expert running advice, and personalised local service.

For the Teddington location, I took a more creative approach, transforming the strapline into a window vinyl. The design played on the actual in-store shopping experience as its backdrop, creating a dynamic visual connection between the store and its customers.
The campaign delivered tangible results, significantly increasing both footfall and sales. As a bonus the Birmingham storefront gained national attention, being featured on BBC News. Building on this success, the company adopted the localised straplines as permanent features across many of their stores, cementing the campaign's lasting impact.
